The only way to get it to curl without chemicals is to either blow dry it straight and use a tong or do a dry perm set. Each of these options will depend on the length of your hair. If it’s very short then you will have to wait until it grows out to a length you can work with. In the meantime you need to use an intense moisturizing treatment to soften the hair and prepare it for these styling options. Phillip Kingsley Elasticizer Extreme or Moroccan Oil’s Intense Hydrating Mask will help.
