In answer to your question, you would treat this type of break out very much in the same way that you would a break out on the facial area. My number one concern, however, would be, to find out what is causing the problem and treat the cause. Often, lots of break out on the back is indicative of hormonal imbalance. For some it can be something as crazy as the frequent wear of a sensitising fabric that the skin is reacting to. So do please investigate what could be causing the problem in the first place and see what we can do about that. In terms of how to take care of your skin and help to improve your condition as much as possible from the outside… You need to be on Lamelle’s Acnevelle tablets, these will go a long way to help you bring your breakout under control. If you would like to use products to speed the results up even further, consider using Lamelle’s Active Control on the area of break out. You may also want to consider using the Clarity Cleanser (it’s called Active Cleanse) as well. If you are out in the sun at all, it is VITAL that you use adequate sun protection, with a good sunscreen. We use Lamelle, Skin Medica and Heliocare in our clinics.
