Question: How often should we re-apply sunscreen?

How often should we re-apply sunscreen? Especially in summer

Answer

This depends on the SPF factor that you are applying. If you are applying a SPF 20, you need to multiply that by 30, which gives you 60. That is the number of minutes that a SPF 20 will protect your skin. But I would apply sun protection at least 3 – 4 times a day if I am in the sun. If I am not in the sun than I apply sunscreen twice a day.
