Thank-you very much for your enquiry. There are fantastic treatments and products out for sagging skin and for ageing skin. I would definately say that you are not going to get dramatic results by just relying on product application. I would definitely suggest that you consider having some Titan Laser and Laser Genesis treatments and maybe even consider some carboxy therapy. Of course my number one recommendation for sagging skin and volume loss is to consider having some dermal fillers as this result is immediate and long lasting with great long-term results. Some great products for you to consider include Skin Medica and LAmelle’s Dermaheal Range. Unfortunately Boots is no longer stocked in South Africa.
