What you will find, going in to your 30’s, is that your skin’s natural cell turn-over starts to slow down. We also tend to suffer a lot more from dehydration as we get start getting older, and there is a need to move onto more active product ranges.
I would definitely suggest that you make an effort to have regular (at least monthly) facials with a superior product range, and that you start using proper homecare. Make sure your skin care regime consists of products containing AHA’s (alpha hydroxyl acids) or PHA’s (Polyhydroxy Acids), and good active ingredients, such as anti-oxidant serums, enzymatic exfoliators and if possible, growth factors for anti-ageing. Research product ranges such as Nimue, Neostrata, Lamelle and Skin Medica, to name but a few.
