Question: I Have A Patch Of Hair At The Back Which Refuses To Grow For Years. I Continually Have To Cut My Hair In A Style To Accommodate The Shortness While The Rest Of My Hair Grows Fine. Help?

You don’t say whether there is a bald patch which could simply be a patch of alopecia (hair loss) for which you would be best advised to see a dermatologist. If your hair is simply short in that patch and doesn’t seem to grow, then I am going to hazard a guess and say that your hair is finer of texture and you perhaps sleep on your back and put this area under undue stress. I can recommend that you sleep with a silk scarf on to reduce friction on your pillow.
