Thanks so much for this question. There are various things that we can do to help you. We do have many patients that suffer with this very problem, however, I find we don’t always treat everyone exactly the same as with every skin there are many thing that need to be considered. Especially when it comes to scarring and darkening, we need to know the following, very important things: 1) What colour is your healthy skin? 2) Are you male or female? 3) How severe/deep is the scarring and the pigmentation? 4) Are there still active break outs? 5) What are you using on your skin and are you using any medication along with your products? 6) Have you always had the problem or how long is it that you have been suffering with this problem? These things will give us a much better idea of how to start helping you. We would normally do a combination of things to treat this. We have to make sure that we are getting you on the right products for YOUR skin and we have to include the right oral supplements to help maintain our treatment results and manage your skin. We may need to combine a few of the following types of treatments to get the best results (this however would only be determined once we’ve been able to take a look at your skin); Carboxy therapy; Laser (various types); Chemical resurfacing; Medical needling; Injected Meso-therapy and Transdermal meso-therapy.
