Without a doubt I’m going to say that I’ve had the best results using the Dermamelan program from Mesoestetics to treat melasma and pigmentation. You do not necessarily need to do the full treatment plan if your condition is not very severe. I have had excellent results with patients just using the Dermamelan maintenance cream at home. Applied to the skin every night and then wash it off in the morning and continue using whatever homecare regime is currently working for you during the day. The use of a good sunblock is also VITAL when you struggle with pigmentation.
