For some people, this is unfortunately an issue that cannot be solved by conventional methods. If you really have tried exfoliation and moisturising and you still battle, then i’m afraid you’re a good candidate for Laser. At least once your laser treatments are done, it would be very, very seldom that you’d have to shave.
