Question: I’ve Heard That Apple Cider Vinegar Is Actually Good For Your Skin? Is This True?

I've heard that Apple Cider Vinegar is actually good for your skin? Is this true?

Answer

Depending on the needs and the condition of your skin, yes in fact, Apple Cider Vinegar can actually benefit the skin. We actually suggest to our patients who are having skin resurfacing treatments (with a resurfacing laser), to rinse their skins with vinegar water. However, you cannot just use it on any skin. If you suffer a lot with acne or extreme redness and sensitivity, you have to be really careful as to how you use it.
