Question: Lips

hi, when i get a cold or the flu my lips tend to go black, how can i prevent this?

Answer

Thanks so much for your enquiry. It could very easily be that when your immune system is down, your skin’s resistance to the sun is affected. My suggestion to you is that when you feel yourself becoming a bit compromised in terms of your immune system, that you load yourself with anti-oxidants. Something like Ovelle Capsules or our Vit C and MSM formula which is available for any of our Skin Renewal Branches. I also suggest, as a rule, that you make sure you are applying a good sunblock every single day of your life. We should ALL be doing this anyway as all South Africans are at high risk for skin cancer from sun exposure and we should all be protecting ourselves every day.
