Question: Mid-Twenties Breakout

Help! For the last few weeks I have been experiencing a really bad breakout of pimples in my t-zone area. I'm 25 and have combination skin. It has been relatively easy to keep under control, until now. Do you have any idea what could be causing this breakout and what I could do to combat it?

Answer

Thank-you for your enquiry. There are a few things we need to consider here. We need to ascertain what is causing this breakout. Stress, hormonal imbalances, reactions to changes in your home care products, changes in medications, sensitivity to certain ingredients can all be factors causing this problem. Once we know exactly what is causing the issue, we would better know how to treat it. What I can suggest to help with the breakouts regardless of the cause is 1) Start taking Lamelle’s Acnevelle supplement, 2) Make sure you are using a very good facial sunblock (I highly recommend Heliocare) on a daily basis, 3) Use something to bring just the actual breakout areas under control, something like Lamelle’s Active Control Gel from the Clarity Range. My best advice. However, come and see me or get to (or contact) one of our Skin Renewal Branches so that we can get more info from you and help you with YOUR specific needs.
