I’m not sure where you’re based, but most national stores do have what you’re looking for! Rolled oats are just standard oats (they look the same in colour, texture etc. as jungle oats). Food Lovers, Pick ‘n Pay, Spar, Dis-Chem and Gorima’s all stock them.
