Question: Pimples

Hi, During most of my teenage years, I never had pimples. This year, I started getting small pimples on my forehead and cheeks and then a few months ago, whenever I got my period, I got one large pimple on my cheek. I've tried many soaps and creams for this but nothing seems to help. Any advice?

Answer

Thank you for your question. I absolutely understand how challenging it is to try and keep these breakouts under control! Unfortunately, using soaps and the wrong creams can just make the problem so much worse. The real trick is to get on to the right products and supplements as quickly as possible. I have had great success in helping patients with this issue using some of the products from the Lamelle Clarity Range. I also find that their oral supplement for problematic skin is incredibly helpful (It is called Acnevelle). If you would like more info on these products, please have a look at our website www.skinrenewal.co.za, OR just call or visit any one of our Sin Renewal Branches country wide.
