Question: Premature greying

Hi Gaby. Recently I've started going grey. I'm in my thirties with no health problems. What could be causing this? I've heard taking selenium Zinc and b12 could reverse this. Is this true? What would u recommend?

Answer

Going grey could be due to a number of things. Firstly, the possibility that it is genetic. So take a look at your family history.  If there is a history, you could have early onset grey hair.  It could also be linked to a thyroid problem if you have excessive grey. I would speak to a GP or a practitioner to obtain medication if it is something other than genetic.
