Hi Lisa, I have joined the challenge and recieved a protein shake. When is the best time to drink it? Before or after a work out?


Well done on signing up! Protein intake is of course beneficial throughout the day, but it is particularly important with an hour and a half after a strength workout. This is when your muscles need to refuel and repair, and whey protein is the best tool for this.
