Question: Question from Farai Judith Chigwida

I am light in complexion and am having problems with dark spots on my face that are left with pimples. How can I reduce the spots and which products are best to use to clear my face?

Answer

What you’re experiencing is actually a fairly common problem that arises when someone has odd breakouts (or acne). If you follow these simple steps, you should have a huge improvement. 1) You need to ensure you are wearing a good facial sunblock every single day (EG Heliocare SPF50). 2) You need to use a range that is going to bring those breakouts under control. You don’t necessarily have to use a whole brand new range of products, just the most active or targeted products from a range that specifically deals with this issue (My top recommendation, Lamelle’s Clarity Range). 3) Finally you should (if you have the budget available), take care of your skin from the inside as well. A good multi-vitamin, probiotic and potent antioxidants will really go a long way to keeping your skin healthy and looking younger for longer.
