Hello. I would recommend Dettol hand Wash. I use it at home and I find it keeps my skin soft on my hands and it has a lovely fragrance. Try it see how it goes. I would try a hand cream or lotion from The Body Shop or even a Nivea Hand Cream. Both work wonders, all depending on which one is more affordable I would try. GOOD LUCK!
