Thanks very much for your question. It’s not a case of the product’s stability. The product would not be on the shelf if it was unstable. Mostly it’s a case of hygiene and preventing contamination. As long as you handle your products with clean hands, or with a clean spatula and prevent leaving the container open unnecessarily or getting any other moisture or dirt into your container, you should be absolutely fine. So it’s really just a case of keeping your products clean and uncontaminated.
