I’m so sorry to hear that you are struggling with this, Meghan. It could very well be that there is an ingredient in your lipstick that does not agree with your skin. What I would suggest is that you perhaps go to a department store and try and test a few different brands to see which best agrees with you.
I would also suggest using a good lip balm over your lips at night.
