Hi Skinny Mel! Weight issues aside, slight double chins can often be put down to genetics and facial structure, and can’t really be changed. One aspect that is controllable is posture, where a slight double chin may be a result of poorer posture. That said, I have slim friends who have worked hard to tone their body and then lament the loss of fullness in their face that often results, so perhaps this is just one of those instances where one should rather count their blessings than their flaws :)
