Question: Regina Boyer

Hello. Is there anything I can eat to make my skin glow? It’s very dull and dry and I’ve heard that there are things you can eat to make this better.

Answer

Hi there. What we eat can definitely have an effect on our skin. I would recommend that you increase your intake of anti-oxidants, this will be present in all fruits and vegetables.
Blueberries, strawberries, artichokes, goji berries, raspberries and kale are all anti-oxidant rich foods. The best option will still be to use topical products to exfoliate and restore the skin.
In clinic treatment will also help to increase the glow and enhance your skin complexion.
