When it comes to this particular issue… there is one cream that has never let me down! Neostrata’s Problem Dry Skin Cream. I use it myself, i’ve reccommended it to quite a few people and always get good feedback. Just remember it is very important, even in the winter, to always apply a good facial sunblock over your moisturiser!
