This is quite a broad question as you have not given me any indication of what your skin is currently like? Do you have any problems or concerns on your skin? If you’re asking in general, then my answer would be the following:
1) Wash your skin twice a day (morning and evening)
2) Make sure you are using a very good SPF every single day
3) Use a potent oral antioxidant every day if possible
4) Use products containing antioxidants as your day time moisturisers under your sunblock
5) Use regenrating, resurfacing, pigment regulating products at night (EG products containing Vit A and growth factors)
