Question: What is facial threading?

I've heard there's a new anti-ageing procedure available called "threading." Could you tell me a bit more about this?

Answer

Basically there are different types of facial threading. The first is called “suspension sutures”, these are called silhouette threads, and we use these to re-drape loose or sagging skin.

Then there is another type, called PDO threads. These are to create a scaffolding within the skin, to build new collagen and strengthen the skin to prevent sagging and drooping.
