Question: What is the proper hair care regime?

When I use my hair mask once a week, is it still necessary to use a conditioner? Or just the hair mask after shampooing?

Answer

Once a week when you use a mask, you don’t have to use conditioner. Just towel dry your hair and apply the mask.
