I absolutely love this question! They say it is mostly brown-eyed people who can get away with wearing blue and that blue-eyed people should steer away from blues, however I am going to give you another piece of advice. To me, it really just depends on your personality. If you are a fun, spontaneous and daring chick then go ahead wear blue! At the end of the day if you use it correctly and carry it off with confidence then you are bound to look totally fabulous!
