Extractions which are done correctly by a trained therapist should certainly not leave you with any scarring. If you are going for facials and your skin is being torn or badly bruised or the area where the extractions are done are badly swollen and inflamed (and maybe even worse in the following days), then you are having treatments with someone who is not performing extractions correctly.
