Play a game
We know it sounds lame, but old school games like Twister, Monopoly and Pictionary are a great pick-me-up. Switch the TV off and get the family involved – you’ll be amazed at how much fun you’ll have.
Make time to read your favourite magazine
After homework, chores and socialising, you might find that by the time you get to bed you’re too exhausted to read your latest magazine. Put a couple of hours aside on a Sunday evening to catch up on your favourite glossies – you’ll fall asleep feeling inspired by all the interesting things you read.
