Conceal under eye circles the Bobbi Brown way

If you’re familiar with Bobbi Brown, you’ll know she’s crazy about concealer and refers to it as ‘the secret of the universe’. She’s also just updated the formulas of her best-selling Corrector, R225, and Creamy Concealer Kit, R325.

Last week, I was given both of these goodies to try and thought I’d show you how I used them to concealer dark, under eye circles the Bobbi Brown way. Check it out:

bags
Here we have my eye looking sad and bag-a-licious. Clearly I had a late night last night…

To begin, find your perfect match in regards to Bobbi Brown Corrector and apply it to the dark circles under your eye. As the Correctors are all pink- or peach-based, they’ll neutralise any blue. Bobbi likes to apply it with a concealer brush and then blend it in with her fingers, but I just use my fingertips.

My eye with just the Corrector applied. Already it’s looking better.

Once you’ve neutralised, even out your skin tone using your perfect match in Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer kit. (I used Sand, which suits me on days when I’ve used a light facial self-tanner). Apply the concealer directly to the circles and blend it into your skin. (Again, I just use my fingertips).

fab
Ta da! I look like a different person – and I swear this pic hasn’t been given one drop of Photoshop.

To set your look, apply a light dusting of the yellow-based powder included in the concealer kit. This will even out your skin tone and ensure your handiwork lasts all day.

  1. I have to get the concealer kit. Don’t like using foundation on my whole face so this would be perfect for the arears I want to cover

  2. Hi Maria, If you head down to Edgars or Stuttafords, they have Bobbi Brown counters. Where are you based?

  3. This is a great review! Proof is in the pudding and one cannot disagree that this works.
