I simply can’t go without a loose setting powder – without it, my oily skin plays up and not only does my foundation run, but it leaves me looking shiny too. I was on the hunt for a new powder and came across this one from Almay. Being a fan of the brand I decided to give it a try, and it was definitely the right decision.
I’ve been applying it with a round brush (my favourite way of applying powder) and I love the texture of it on my skin. The surface is matte and even, without looking cakey or thick. It keeps my foundation in place all day long and keeps shine to a minimum too. I use a small amount on my brush and find that it goes very far. Though I have been using the shade “light,” I am interested to try the translucent one next.

On which stores exactly can I get this product?
Of the many powders I’ve tried, this works almost as well as the Maybelline loose powder. It really has a translucent look, and you can barely feel that it’s there. It makes my makeup and complexion appear much smoother and more even. It really does last for ages! And as the Smart Shade promise goes, it does adjust to the colour of your skin.
