Luv this eyeliner! What can be better than an eyeliner with added shea butter? It’s like a moisturiser for your eyes! It lasts long and doesn’t smudge.

Double duty in black…line and smudge or just line…this product is cheap,the pencil is soft and good quality and best of all doesn’t drag on the eyelid
This eyeliner from Avon is just amazing – it’s great and the prices are really amazing! I also use it to smudge out to give a smokey eye effect.
I quite like Avon’s eyeliners based on the fact that they are quite affordable and easy to apply. They don’t smudge quickly and the application is easy with a soft edge.
The eyeliner Blackest Black glides on easily and I must say even with wiping my eyes a few times the eyeliner stayed on for more than an hour.
Pro: It is safe for contact lens wearers. Also quite cost-effective!
Con: Not waterproof, so you need to touch up after about an hour or so. Also the thin end disappears after first application, leaving a thicker line.
