I’ve tested many lip glosses in my life, but only a few have made it to my favourites list. Among those are the Gloss Prodige lip glosses from Clarins. They apply very easily and smoothly, and last for hours on your lips. The only time I need to reapply is after I’ve eaten, or if I’ve wiped my lips down with a tissue, which is great as I don’t always think to fix my gloss during the day. I also find that it has a hydrating effect on my lips, so there’s no drying or dehydration.
The colour pay-off is great too. I’ve been using shade “Coral Tulip” and although it’s subtle, it makes an impact on the colour of my lips, and leaves them incredibly shiny and almost shimmery. The taste of the gloss is quite sweet on your lips, which I like. I’m very keen to give some of the other shades a try too!

I love the application and shimmer in the gloss, I have dark lips so I loved the gloss in papaya as it looked almost nude, and it’s so difficult to find this for my lip colour, I finally found my favourite gloss colour, the only disappointment was that the container leaks :( so some of my lipgloss was wasted unfortunately.
I just love Clarins products, seeing this lipgloss was new because Clarins are known for great quality creams… I love the colours in this collection.
The colour, shine and feel of this gloss is very nice. I use it all the time, and it’s durable and doesn’t feel sticky or plastered on.
I liked the shine that this gloss added to my lips. The product once applied also looked smooth and added great colour. However, one downfall for me was the price. It’s quite expensive for a lip gloss.
