I am so in love with this product! For me, this is the ideal lippie for a day-look, especially if you want something easy yet still pretty on the lips. I would recommend using this with a lip liner, just so you have those clean edges. I have the shade ’02 Beauty – Approved’ a mauve pinkish nude. Perfect for winter!
This is the only matt lipstick I will be wearing from now on. It doesn’t dry out my lips, doesn’t bleed, actually lasts and if it wears off my lips I still have a tint. Absolutely love it!
Although I love the colour and pigmentation of these, and especially the smell, they do not last all that long and feel a bit thick on the lips. The packaging is nice, and not “cheap feeling” and the applicator is nice and sturdy. Was hoping for a longer-lasting product though.
I bought one of these, in the nude shade (I forget the shade name), and I love it – it has a similar texture and staying power to the NYX Soft Matte Lipcreams, and to be honest, I prefer this applicator. Only thing is that the scent of it is quite overpoweringly sweet.
It was a good product, colour pay off was great. This product was very good value for money and came in a wide range of stunning colours. It did not last as long as I expected but it is still excellent value for money.
Love the colours, texture, etc. But you have to put on quite a lot to get a nice full cover application…
I love most of the products Essence has to offer but this one fell short. It is not a bad product, don’t get me wrong, and for the price you can own all of them bit it was not what I expected. It had a mouse like texture which for some reason, I did not enjoy at all. The smell is not bad and smells like cupcakes. It is a CUTE product but not cute enough to keep me going. It also is not long wearing at all! I need some longevity in my lippies. The colours are amazing though. I expected this to be a matte liquid lipstick, but it was more of a mouse like lip cream.
I really enjoyed this product. The colours are pigmented and the formula is not as drying as I expected. At this price, we can all rock a trendy lip.
