I have used toners ever since I was a teen, and the toner that I felt that was the most effective, was from the Garnier brand. It is enriched with green tea and moringa extracts and helps to purify and tighten pores. It is suitable for oily, combination or sensitive skin. It helped to control my breakouts and I noticed a difference in the size of my pores.
This is a lovely product that leaves the skin refreshed.
