I have two requirements when it comes to pencil eyeliner: firstly, it must apply easily without scratching my skin, and secondly, the colour must last. After using this waterproof eye pencil from GOSH, I am happy to report that it didn’t disappoint on either accounts.
It’s called a “velvet touch” eyeliner, and rightly so, as the pencil glides onto the skin like velvet. It is by far one of the softest eye pencils I have ever used. The colour drew on beautifully without me having to scratch or pull at my skin, and because the pencil is so soft, I could blend the line easily too.
I tried a deep purple called “Temptation” and loved the brilliance of the shade – it didn’t fade at all throughout the day and the majority of the line was still in place by the evening. I am very impressed by this product and would recommend it to anyone who loves long-wearing eyeliner!
