I have been using LA Girl’s eyeliner for almost three years now and i am yet to find an eyeliner that works as great for as this one..
I love this gel eyeliner, because it is affordable, it doesn’t smudge at all, it’s really easy to apply, it comes with a really good quality eyeliner brush and it lasts for ages!! (i literally still use my gel pot that i bought over a year ago)…
It applies really smoothly and doesn’t smudge or crack or cause hard eyeliner flakes to fall into your eyes like most liquid eyeliners do. It’s also really light on your eyelids so it doesn’t leave your eyes feeling heavy or irritated.
I definitely recommend this products and for everyone who hasn’t used gel eyeliner before, do yourself a favor and try it! It is a life changer!!!
I purchased this gel liner a while back in the shade ‘very black’. It is a very affordable gel liner and it came with a really cute brush which was an added bonus. The formula is creamy but it tends to drag on my skin when i apply it; with time i got used to it. I love that it dried to a matte finish and looked amazing although it was not the intense black that i was hoping for. The brush that it comes with is really good , it allows you to create a really fine line or even a thick line if you are going for a bold, dramatic look. After a while I found that the gel gets a bit dry so make sure to keep the lid sealed tightly.
I call it my ink pot, dip in and line my eyelashes. I cannot get a perfect straight line when using the pencil and I came across other brands which was to expensive for me. Bought The L.A Gel at Dischem, fraction of the price at R59.00. First application prefect, smooth and glides easily. No smudging and the small brush is an added bonus. Long lasting
this gel liner is a fantastic duplicate to most high end products, it lasts all day and whats even better is that it comes with a brush which helps make the perfect black line for beginners as well as the rest. its a 1/4 of the price of the other high end products which, when buying the others dont include any brush at all. would recommend this! its a bargain for whats included!

I must admit I was in a bit of a spend-thrift mood when I first purchased this product. I still remember thinking to myself, ‘Girl, you are wasting money again on a product that is probably going to end up in a drawer somewhere…’, but I bought it anyway and I pleasantly surprised.
It is so easy to apply and once dry, it stays on for long and looks freshly applied all day/night long. I purchased the black gel liner and it is a lovely black that doesn’t fade to grey after a couple of hours of wear. I also love the fact that you can do thin or thick dramatic lines easily with the brush supplied with product… I just love it
I definitely don’t have a steady hand for liquid liner, and I am sure of it, especially when I “attempt” to apply liquid liner. I’ve heard people rave about the LA Girl Gel liner, as well as label it a dupe for an expensive professional gel eyeliner. Despite me visiting many Dis-Chem stores, I could never get my hands on this eyeliner because it was always out of stock, but once my favorite gel eyeliner got discontinued, I hunted for this L.A. girl gel liner. Lucky me, I eventually found it, and I’ve never turned back. I love the brush, as the brush is the most important to me, because you can only achieve the perfect gel line by using the perfect brush, as it makes drawing a gel line easier. I battle a little with angled eyeliner brushes, which made this brush much more lovable towards my perfect gel line. The actual eyeliner has a silky smooth texture which glides on so perfectly, but once the gel eyeliner dries, it doesn’t budge and stays true black until it’s time to remove, so no fading or smudging at all. Plus, it’s quite affordable, so if you’re looking for a good quality gel eyeliner at the fraction of the price, this is for you.
This L.A. Girl liner was the only one I could get hold of after searching for a gel liner for months. The fact that it comes with a liner brush, and the price of it definitely sold it to me. It glides on so smoothly and stays on all day (and night). Previous gel liners I have tried do not compare. This is an excellent product, especially for the price.
