‘According to the girls at review website Makeupalley, this lippie scores a fabulous four outta five. (Personally, I don’t buy anything unless it gets a four or more from the girls at MUA…) They reckon it doesn’t last as long as 8 hours, but certainly sticks around longer than ye regular ole’ lipstick. Also, as with most long-wearing formulas, they say it can dry your lips out with extended use. To prevent this, apply it after a slick of lip balm, but just bear in mind that this will decrease your wear time.’

So i bought my first rimmel lipstick yesterday…The casing has a slight purple marble finish (so classy:o!). It was around R85 from dis-chem pharmacy. The colour pay off is amazing and the texture is absolutely smooth, i drank coffee with it and even after it smudged onto the mug, it still looked great, therefore i would have to agree with the title, definitely long lasting. I have the colour 120 cutting edge, it looked like more of a dark purple on my hand but i feel it’s more of a berry tone, however,i love it! It’s partially matte so i would say its pretty much on trend right now.
