I’ve been using the Fibrology range (Shampoo, Conditioner and leave-in double serum) for about 2 weeks now. I only wash my hair every second day, and already I have noticed a difference in the condition & thickness of my hair’s appearance and feel. Even my husband has noticed that my hair looks thicker! I have very fine, lifeless hair, so this is a huge hit for me. I think the packaging is very beautiful and classy, and the products all smell lovely. They are also very affordable when compared to salon brands (I paid R55 for the Shampoo and around the same for each of the other products from Foschini). The conditioner is so creamy and makes detangling a breeze after washing your hair.
The blue bottle is impressive and I assumed when I read the contents that this will help to thicken by hair. But after one wash it was frizzed up and my hair looked like an Afro blow out. I had to use a GHD to straightened my hair.
This is definitely one of my favourite shampoos of all time. It smells great, you only use very little for a LOT of lather. I love the bottle because you can stand it on its head so you don’t struggle to get the last bit of shampoo out. I can definitely feel my hair being different than before. I have very fine hair and it used to be very flat, but now it feels a lot thicker and it looks like I have MORE hair, which is awesome. Who doesn’t want that! So far I am very happy with this product and I’m not likely to buy any other shampoo any time soon!
The conditioner from this range was amazing. You literally can feel how much thicker individual strands are. Would totally recommend this to people with fine/limp hair.
I have tried this product with the conditioner for about a month now, but I have not seeing any results. I also noticed that my hair feels a little sticky especially at the ends. How long am I suppose to use it before I see any results, please advise.
A fantastic new product from L’Oreal delivering on exactly what it says it’s going to do. With naturally fine wavy hair that’s prone to frizzing, I’m always on the look out for a conditioner that can provide hydration and nourishment for my heat damaged hair without weighing it down. The conditioner in this range is truly superb and is now a staple in my hair routine.
I don’t find this shampoo to be very effective, however, I know several people who thinks that it is. This product is supposed to leave your hair feeling fuller and stronger. It made my hair feel busy and out of control. I like the bottle’s colours, as it is eye-catching. I love the blue and pink combination. I absolutely LOVE the way these products smell; it reminds me of candy floss, however, it is not overpowering. This consistency is very creamy and is quite heavy, and it takes quite a lot of time to rinse it out completely. It did not work for me at all.
