I got this bath bomb for my birthday in a gift set box (with a whole lot of other products) and it was my first bath bomb. I ended up breaking it in half and using one-half in the evening and the other half the next evening. The scent it amazing and it feels so soft on your skin while you are in the bath.
When I got out of the bath, my skin felt so soft and moisturized, and while in the bath, I found that due to its moisturizing elements, it was so easy to shave my legs!
I’ve tried a few bath bombs since then and they are all truly a treat! I highly recommend, just for the experience of it.
I mean, who doesn’t want to feel like a mermaid bathing in pink water!
I wondered what the rave was all about the Lush bath bombs and on vacation in KZN popped into Lush store at Gateway. I bought myself the Dragon’s Egg Ballistic. I thought pretty expensive for a ball ranging from R38 to R58 each. Run myself a bath and merged the bomb into the tub. The outer white later fizzed around leaving dollop’s of white foamy creamy texture that looked like scoops of vanilla ice cream. The centre layer was bright orange (egg) which fizzed into the water turning orange with shimmer glitter. The aroma and centre was citrus and soothing to the soul. Once I submerged myself into the bath my skin felt velvety silky smooth. Did not have dry effect. A Perfect Me Time indulgence.
This is by far my favourite Lush bubble bar, and I’m a real Lush addict.
You can get up to 4 baths out of this bar, as it’s so big, and it smells of blackcurrant sweeties – so delicious. The bubbles that foam up are bountiful, and last for ages, much longer than your average bubble bath, and it turns the water a bright pink.

I loved this product! I bought the standard size bath bomb and it actually lasted me for two baths. I broke the bath bomb in half and got the chance to use it twice. The colour and fizz was as effective in half the bomb just as in a full one. I loved the colour, smell and texture that came from this. Definitely recommended.
