Packaging of this product is very robust but not very fancy. It is definitely 5 year old proof which is a plus if you are a mother. The citrus smell initially put me off but once I started using the lip balm about twice a day the awesome taste on my lips and the intense moisture made up for the initial impression. I would recommend the lip service lip balm definitely. I will continue to purchase this item as well and see it as a must have in my hand bag.
