A clinical study was carried out by cosmetic company L’Oréal to compare the efficacy of its new anti-ageing cream Revitalift Laser Renew to another dermatological laser built up from fragmented CO2. Revitalift Laser Renew induces collagen synthesis with the effect of increasing the density, firmness and tonicity of the skin. L’Oréal found that after eight weeks of Revitalift Laser Renew treatment applied twice daily, the product reduced cutaneous micro-relief by 18% compared with 20% for the laser CO2. Combined with fragmented hyaluronic acid and LHA anti-age effectiveness the Revitalift Laser Renew Anti-Age Care corrects, re-densifies and shapes.
What we say:
‘The Laser Renew range was actually tested against a laser session, and clinical studies compared it to a fractional C02 laser. The range contains pro-xylane and fragmented hyaluronic acid, and the Anti-Age Care also has LHA. LHA has an exfoliating effect and has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties, and is a very important ingredient in many anti-ageing products.
‘This Anti-Age Care cream is super-velvety in texture and has a delightfully subtle but fresh, uplifting fragrance. After using it for two weeks I definitely felt – and looked – younger and fresher.’
