Before I start singing its praises, I should probably point out that I’m not a loyal TRESemmé fan, however this hair oil is the exception! Everything about this hair oil is perfect. The packaging is simple yet beautiful and the fact that the bottle is glass certainly makes it appear more expensive than it really is.
Unlike the hair oil that I am used to, this formula is lightweight and absorbs into my hair instantly, leaving it feeling soft and smelling amazing! I have been using the oil for the last two weeks and I can definitely notice a difference in the smoothness of the hair.
If you are in the market for a new hair oil that offers salon quality without the price tag, then this is definitely one you should try.

I really hate this product. I was on holiday in Johannesburg, which is known for it’s dry climate, naturally, I turned to a product that would keep my hair hydrated and prevent it from becoming brittle. Instead, after using this product, I was left with flat, oily and greasy hair. But, giving the product the benefit of the doubt, I washed my hair again, this time without conditioner, and alas, the problem persisted. Not a happy customer.
I do not normally use hair oils but after reading about this I thought that I would give it a bash, and boy am I happy that I did so! You need to apply it to clean, wet hair and it leaves it feeling so soft and silky that your hairbrush just glides right through. It also has the most gorgeous fragrance which is an added bonus. Will definitely be adding this to my regular routine.
I was always sceptical about hair oils, thinking that they would make my hair look oily.
But after battling with dry, damaged, static hair all winter I got this oil and I love it!
The glass bottle that it comes in gives it that “fancy” feeling ;)
When first applying the oil (and you only need one small pump as it goes a long way) it is smooth and sleek but quite visible in the hair, but after a few minutes and a couple of brush strokes it is absorbed and no longer looks oily. It leaves hair feeling silky soft with no dryness, reduces the appearance of split ends and is great for taming frizz! And it smells divine too!
