What I love most about this product is the creamy and nourishing feel – it doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight and dry after using it.
I don’t think it has any effect at all on the small blackheads on the sides of my nose and cheeks, but I do know that it keeps my skin blemish-free.
It also zaps through make-up, so I can’t go without this product.
I purchased this recently at the Clicks beauty fair. What I most enjoyed about the scrub was it’s granular texture, which gently exfoliates the skin. I cannot specifically say that it has reduced blackheads, but it does leave my skin feeling fresh and smooth after each wash. The price for the amount of product one gets is also very reasonable.
I’ve seen this on special at Dischem. R130 for the 2-in-1 Mask/Facewash, The Scrub and the Moisturiser. The Scrub is amazing! It feels cool and fresh on the skin and I have never had smoother skin ever before. It doesn’t dry out my skin like most scrubs or cleansers. I haven’t broken out at all since using this. The price is phenomenal and I can see why this is so popular in the U.S. It is not harsh on the skin at all, as I assumed using a scrub daily might not be the best thing. But it works brilliantly!!
I’ve been using the Neutrogena Visibly Clear Blackhead Eliminating Daily Scrub everyday for about 2 weeks now, and I must say I’m very impressed with the results I have seen so far.
The thought of scrubbing daily freaks me out. I’m always scared that if I scrub so often, I will strip a lot of my skin’s goodness away, but with this product, that was not the case. Creamy and light, this scrub is perfect in removing oil and dirt effectively, while retaining skin’s moisture levels at the same time.
I also found that the exfoliating micro beads were quite gentle on my skin, unlike most other scrubs that tend to be rough and harsh leaving my skin feeling taut and dry.
I haven’t noticed much of a difference in terms of blackheads, but I have noticed that my pores are more refined. You can actually feel the product working deep into your pores. Your skin feels fresh and new even after the first wash.
I would recommend this scrub to anybody struggling with blackheads or visible pores, especially if you’re looking for a skin care product that’s not too expensive, but delivers great results.
