The only eye liner I use is the Avon Glimmerstick in Blackest Black. I use it everyday. Its long lasting and doesn’t smudge.
I also use the blue one now and then and love how it makes my eye colour pop.
It can be used in your eyes (on your water line) or on your eye lid
