Absolutely perfect

I’ve long loved the Garnier Micellar waters, but this one might be my best. I love the scent of it, and the oil helps to break down stubborn make-up.
I remove my make-up with this every single night, before cleansing, and when I go to cleanse, there is barely any dirt or makeup left on my skin.
