I actually use the Diamond Strength top coat or base in a silver bottle by Sally Hansen, I assume it is the same range, but obviously it is a clear varnish. It does work well to make nails harder and less likely to bend and peel. I use my normal Sally Hansen or other polish on top and it definitely provides extra protection. So these colours are worth a try.
