Disappointed

I was really excited to try this since I love lip liners and the colors were just beautiful. However, I was extremely disappointed. I had to push so hard just to get any color on my lips, and once it once on it was so dry that I couldn’t even rub my lips together. I even made sure to moisturize my lips prior to application, but still got the same effect. Maybe I just got a bad one, but it was so expensive that I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing it again.
