We have been using this for quite a while and the biggest change I have noticed is the colour/whiteness of my teeth. Those little granules do an excellent job! After brushing your mouth feels clean and this lasts too..running my tongue along my teeth a few hours after brushing, they are still “smooth”. Highly recommended. Yes it is more expensive but a little goes a long way.
