I bought the Garnier Refreshing Toner at Clicks, because I needed a makeup remover for my facial wash did not remove all the makeup. The first time I used this I was amazed at how much I liked it. The bottle is easy to use with cotton rounds and the makeup was removed easy. This product did not burn/irritate my face and easily removed my mascara. I have normal to dry skin and my face felt refreshed after I used it.
